Point Blank's 6-month Music Production & Audio Engineering Certificate is packed with all the necessary elements you'll need to create high quality, professional-sounding tracks and prepare yourself for a career in the industry such as music producer, recording engineer, sound designer, music arranger, or artist/performer. It can also kickstart your international musical travels from Los Angeles to London, since it gives you the chance to apply to transfer directly into the second year of a 3-year BA (Hons) degree program at Point Blank's London School.
Throughout this certificate program you will attend exclusive masterclasses from industry professionals such as Mark de Clive-Lowe, Laura Escude (Jay Z, Kanye West), Daddy Kev (Low End Theory), and Jimmy Mac (Lorde). You’ll be learning your trade on the latest industry tech including Ableton Live, Push, Logic Pro, NI Komplete, Roland Cloud, and more. You’ll take courses relevant to you, and have the chance to swap in options such as Beatmaking or Studio Vocal Production. Each student will receive a copy of Ableton Live Suite ($749 value) or Apple Logic Pro X ($199 value). Here at Point Blank LA, we make it our priority to connect you to the music industry as you begin your journey, and engage our students with free masterclasses, events, and networking opportunities.

I am so grateful to Point Blank for everything I learned! I started as a complete beginner, with no skills at all. Now I know how to build my own tracks from the ground up, make them sound great, mix them down and release them. The instructors are so knowledgeable and love to share their skills, and the staff always makes sure we have everything we need. Coming to Point Blank was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone. - Anna, Music Production & Sound Design Diploma graduate
